Ottawa Line Dancing with Sylvie - Friendly line dancing classes for adults 45+, offered at the Carleton Heights Community Centre (Level 1 and Level 2), the Rideau Park United Church (FULL), and shared teaching at the Richmond Public School. No partner needed. Line dancing is an easy, enjoyable way to stay active while improving balance, coordination, focus, and memory — all to great music. Tonight I had the pleasure of assisting my friend Isabella with the Richmond group. It was an easygoing class filled with dances we’re preparing for the Flash Mob on May 2nd. Spirits were high, the atmosphere was friendly, and the whole evening had a relaxed, joyful feel. A really fun night of dancing.
