No partner needed. Line dancing is an easy, enjoyable way to stay active while improving balance, coordination, focus, memory, and concentration — all to great music. The steps are simple, the pace is relaxed, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Rideau Park United Church Line up - February 13th
Yet another great turnout at the Rideau Park United Church Hall for our Friday afternoon line dancing session. More newcomers joined us and stepped in seamlessly. We reviewed some of our previous dances and learned three new ones. We introduced the Step‑Lock‑Step Shuffle, Pivot Step, and Bounce, and we also revisited the K‑Step and the Charleston. Thanks to everyone for letting us take a few photos of the group. It is such a joy to dance with you all.
