Welcome! Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned dancer, join us for fun, fitness, and great music. No partner or experience is required.
📍 Wednesdays: South Ottawa - Level 1
- Time: Wednesdays 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. until March 11, 2026
- Note: Classes resume after the March Break week; Register Here
- Location: Carleton Heights Community Centre
- Style: Beginner Level 1 - Registered through the City of Ottawa
- Focus: Easy-to-follow steps for new dancers.
📍 Wednesdays: South Ottawa - Level 2
- Time: Wednesdays 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. From March 25 - June 24, 2026
- Note: Classes start after the March Break week; Register Here
- Location: Carleton Heights Community Centre
- Style: Level 2 - Registered through the City of Ottawa
- Focus: For dancers wanting to explore new dances with a bit more variety and challenge!
📍 Thursdays: Richmond
- Time: 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Location: Richmond Public School
- Style: Beginner
- Focus: Building on the basics with a mix of new and old favorite dances.
- Note: You must be a member of the Stittsville Friendship Group
📍 Fridays: Alta Vista (Ottawa South)
- Time: Fridays Drop-in 1:00p.m. to 2:00p.m.
- Location: Rideau Park United Church - 2203 Alta Vista Dr at Cunningham Ave.
- Style: Beginner 45+
- Focus: A weekly class to kick off your weekend! No experience required
