Level 2 worked really hard today, and to their credit, they stayed with it. We started by bringing back Take Me Home, a dance that many of you found challenging back in Level 1. Today, it was easy — and it was wonderful to see how clearly your progress showed. You’ve come a long way!
We then reviewed Dream Weaving to Down Under, and that went very well, especially for those seeing it for the second time. Nicely done.
After that, I introduced my new choreography, No Boots Under My Bed, along with the scissor step. For a first run‑through, I think we did well enough, and I really appreciated how determined everyone was to stick with it. It was a solid workout, and you showed great perseverance.
We finished with Star Ring Waltz, which was also new to some of you. Slowing the music down helped the steps settle in, and we’ll keep building confidence with that one over the next few weeks.
Looking forward to dancing again on all of these dances together next time.
