Ottawa Line Dancing with Sylvie - Friendly line dancing classes for adults 50+, offered at the Carleton Heights Community Centre (Level 1 and Level 2) and the Diane Dean/Greenboro Community Centre(starting September). No partner needed. Line dancing is an easy, enjoyable way to stay active while improving balance, coordination, focus, and memory — all to great music. What a fun evening at the Richmond Public School. Isabella led the session tonight, and her clear, precise directions kept everyone moving with confidence. We danced through seven routines, including three brand‑new ones. Lots of shuffles, back‑step kicks, mambo steps — the works. A full, lively night with great energy all around.
