Ottawa Line Dancing with Sylvie - Friendly line dancing classes for adults 45+, offered at the Carleton Heights Community Centre (Level 1 and Level 2), the Rideau Park United Church (FULL), and shared teaching at the Richmond Public School. No partner needed. Line dancing is an easy, enjoyable way to stay active while improving balance, coordination, focus, and memory — all to great music. I introduced a new dance today at the Rideau Park United Church line dancing group. We welcomed a few newcomers, and it was great to have them join us. We worked on the jazz box and our 3/4 turn, and the group’s enthusiasm made the whole session a pleasure.
