Ottawa Line Dancing with Sylvie - Friendly line dancing classes for adults 50+, offered at the Carleton Heights Community Centre (Level 1 and Level 2) and the Diane Dean/Greenboro Community Centre(starting September). No partner needed. Line dancing is an easy, enjoyable way to stay active while improving balance, coordination, focus, and memory — all to great music.
